Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with our service. However, we understand plans change.

1. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel or change your booking for free up to 1 hour before we arrive.
• If you cancel less than 1 hour before, we might charge a small fee (100 TK) for travel costs.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

Please check your car immediately after we finish.

• Check: Look at your car before we leave.
• Re-Wash: If you see a problem, tell us then. We will fix it right away for free.

3. Refunds

Usually, you pay after the wash.

• If you paid in advance and are not happy, please contact Ariful Islam within 24 hours.
• Approved refunds will be sent via Bkash/Nagad within 2 days.

4. Weather Policy

If there is heavy rain or storm, we might need to change the time. No extra charge.
